Our staff is adept at managing complicated remediation and redevelopment projects where remedial and redevelopment objectives must be carefully coordinated. We have managed numerous large construction, investigation, and remediation projects at several National Priority List (NPL / CERCLA / Superfund) Sites as well as closed industrial facilities, surface and underground mining operations, gas stations, and refineries.

Our approach focuses on common sense. We address projects with an open and candid discussion of all issues which has resulted in strong relationships with regulatory agencies at both the federal and state levels. We also engage communities to garner project support at the outset, when the ability to create value and reduce project costs is the greatest.

Our personnel can establish and manage the community outreach programs that are vital to successful project implementation. This adds value to the project and provides a valuable service to the communities in which we work. Our successful project track-record is evidence of the viability of interaction among all stakeholders early in each project, diligent and complete site assessment and remediation, and strong interpersonal skills and negotiating techniques.
