About Us

Land Resource Solutions (LRS) is headquartered in Moorestown, New Jersey. Our mission is to provide our clients with creative, efficient, and innovative solutions to challenges associated with environmentally impaired properties. We pride ourselves in identifying solutions for problematic sites, where prior strategies have failed. LRS provides services to municipal, commercial, and industrial clients throughout the United States.

Jeffrey C. Dey, P.G., a Principal of LRS, is President and CEO of Resource Control Corporation, a full-service environmental engineering and remediation firm in Moorestown, NJ. Mr. Dey has approximately 20 years of experience in the environmental industry and has been involved in the remediation of approximately 200 sites nationwide.

Trevan J. Houser, the other Principal at LRS, has over 17 years experience in the environmental industry including engineering, permitting, and operation of solid waste landfills, long-term financial planning and liability management for landfills and contaminated properties, and management of the remediation of CERCLA (Superfund) and state equivalent sites. Mr. Houser has been involved in brownfield remediation for over 10 years and has successfully completed many projects, with a focus on converting brownfields to greenfields.

LRS, along with our parent Company RCC and through an affiliated network of companies, can service our client's needs in all areas related to contaminated property remediation and redevelopment.
